Shipping policy

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is $5.85 for orders below $50 and free for orders of $50 or more, where available at checkout. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by item, inventory availability, and destination.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping is $10.95 where offered at checkout and is available only within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We request Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment Expedited service for these orders. Eligible standard-size items typically arrive in an estimated two business days after the order is submitted to Amazon for fulfillment. Weekends and holidays can affect timing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Expedited availability depends on the items, quantities, available inventory, and delivery address. The 16oz tire thumper is not covered by the two-business-day estimate; its delivery timing varies and must be confirmed for the destination. If you need an item by a specific date, contact support@bigrigdefense.com before placing your order.

Expedited upgrade refunds

If Amazon cannot provide Expedited service and uses Standard instead, we will notify you and refund the expedited premium. We will also refund the premium if the expedited delivery estimate provided for your order is missed. The premium is the difference between the shipping amount paid and the Standard shipping charge that would have applied to the order. If Standard shipping would have been free, we refund the entire shipping charge. These shipping refunds do not require a product return. Prime delivery

Eligible Prime members can receive free Prime delivery on qualifying orders of $50 or more when the Prime delivery option is available at checkout. Eligibility and delivery timing vary by item and destination.
